🏡 Saving Our Land Purchased with Bitcoin
I am 48 years old and have always believed in individual sovereignty and the financial freedom that Bitcoin represents.
In June 2025, after years of saving in BTC, I signed a formal contract at a public notary office (Escribanía) in Paraguay and paid 50% of a residential lot in Encarnación – PY entirely in Bitcoin. It was one of the proudest moments of my life — using sound money to secure a future for my family.
My plan is to relocate to Paraguay and personally build a modest home for my wife, my 5-year-old daughter, and my 84-year-old father, who has supported this dream from the beginning. He lived through severe economic instability in the 1990s and taught me the importance of protecting the fruits of one’s labor.
The contract is legally formalized in Paraguay, and I am fully willing to provide documentation for transparency (with sensitive information redacted).
At the moment, I am going through a difficult financial phase. I am not in a fixed job position and am currently covering only essential family expenses.
The final payment deadline is May 30, 2026.
The remaining balance is:
• 10,010 USD
• Approximately 65,000,000 PYG
If I fail to pay by the deadline, I lose the 50% already invested.
I am not asking for charity. I am asking for voluntary support from individuals who believe in sovereignty, responsibility, and the right to build a future outside fragile systems.
All contributions in BTC or USDT will go exclusively toward completing this land payment. I am willing to provide public progress updates and proof once the final payment is made.

Tenho 48 anos, moro no Sul do Brasil e sempre acreditei na soberania individual e na liberdade financeira que o Bitcoin proporciona.
Em junho de 2025, depois de anos poupando em BTC, assinei contrato em Escribanía no Paraguai e paguei 50% de um terreno em Encarnación – PY, utilizando exclusivamente Bitcoin. Foi um momento muito especial para mim: realizar parte de um sonho usando a moeda que representa liberdade e responsabilidade pessoal.
Minha intenção é me mudar para o Paraguai e construir com minhas próprias mãos uma casa simples para minha esposa, minha filha de 5 anos e meu pai de 84 anos, que sempre me apoiou nessa jornada. Ele passou por períodos econômicos difíceis no Brasil nos anos 1990 e sempre me ensinou a importância de proteger o fruto do nosso trabalho.
O contrato está formalizado em Escribanía no Paraguai e posso comprovar toda a documentação para quem desejar transparência.
Hoje enfrento um momento delicado: não estou em emprego fixo e estou mantendo apenas as despesas básicas da família. O prazo final para pagamento da última parcela vence em 30 de maio de 2026.
O valor restante é:
• 10.010 USD
• Aproximadamente 65.000.000 PYG
Se eu não conseguir quitar até a data, perco os 50% já pagos.
Não estou pedindo caridade. Estou pedindo apoio voluntário da comunidade que acredita na soberania financeira e no direito de construir um futuro fora de sistemas instáveis.
Toda contribuição em BTC ou USDT será destinada exclusivamente à quitação do terreno. Posso atualizar publicamente o progresso e fornecer comprovantes do pagamento final.
